It's been a pretty long time since I got a chance to take a Sunday off. Like a parent being away from his family, I felt a little sad but I got over it quick with a phone call Sunday morning. "Umm... There is something wrong with the audio."

Well, I'm back guys and feel refreshed. We have a exciting three weeks ahead of us as Easter 2008 quickly approaching and the third service looming. Any of you have many questions and I will try to answer them now with this F.A.Q.

1: What will be the times of the three services?
9:00 AM, 10:30 AM & 11:49 AM. This means the call time will go back to 7:00 AM STARTING EASTER SUNDAY!

2: Are there any changes to our team that will be made?
YES! We will be adding a utility player to our crew for every Sunday. Which means, the camera crew will only do 2 services a Sunday.

3: What is this POD thing all about?
NewSong is going through a new branding and website change. I have substituted my old blog, NPC Chronicles with this new POD. It is still in BETA phase, but when it is fully functional and launched to the public, It will be revolutionary. If you haven't signed up and become a member of our NPC POD, then do it now! I will be using this as a tool to communicate with you.

4: Why are we meeting as a team in the Green Room before going in to the sanctuary?
For those who have been in the huddle with me, you know that 2008 will be a year of renewed commitment and vision for our team. Some of you have already signed it, but there is a commitment contract that I made up and want to go over with you in person. So for those who haven't gotten a chance to meet with me yet, you will.
The main purpose for it is to remind ourselves that what we are doing on Sunday is not just a task but a form of worship to our God. Everything we do on Sunday is equally important as the message Dave speaks or the songs that we sing. Everything is Holy!

5: What are some tangible ways I can help our team succeed?
One simple way is to arrive on time on the Sundays you are scheduled. I know it has been quite confusing with the call times so it was my fault. But for clarity, here is the morning schedule clearly laid out.

Sunday Morning:
7:30 AM - Call Time! Meet in Green Room for NPC Huddle (I will bring breakfast)
7:50 AM - Meeting with Producer
8:00 AM - Enter Sanctuary and Set Up
8:30 AM - Run Through
9:20 AM - Circle Stage Round Up
9:25 AM - Preservice begins
