Newsong family has two rooms for rent in Woodbury house.  The rooms are large with a large closet and lots of light. There is a shared bathroom and we ask for very light kitchen use.  We have a toddler in the house and prefer female renters. The house is in the neighborhood of Woodbury with access to community facilities such as pools, tennis courts, clubhouse, etc. The Woodbury Towncenter with shopping and dining is a short walk away and we're minutes from the 5, 405, and 133 freeways as well as IVC and UCI.

Rent is $600/mo per room including utilities.
